RCA Lyra
I got tired of the startup image on my RCA Lyra MP3 player, so I replaced it with my own graphic.
How? After finding the image in memory and deducing the image format, I printed out the new image that I wanted on a grid (shown at right) and typed the value represented by each line into a hex editor. Yes, it was rather painstaking. Perhaps I'll write a program to allow other people change their Lyra boot graphics more easily.
